Service Description

We work one-to-one for one or two hours together. All areas are up for discussion including anxiety, self-harm, gender and identity, peer on peer sexual abuse to name a few. We can walk and talk, make fire and talk or just Costa and talk ! Referrals are accepted from Parents, Schools, Colleges, CAMHS and Social Care or you can just refer yourself. Sessions cost £50 per hour (less for schools and colleges). Minimum of six sessions. Talk confidentially with a highly qualified professional about any issues you'd like to in a safe and supportive space. We can also help you communicate what's going on to other people and help you make contact with other services should you want to. We will advocate (talk to others) for you if you also require that help. The bottom line is that we are here to listen and help and walk the journey beside you.
